Mike personally inspects the subject property, gathers and verifies the data, prepares the analysis of the property and writes the appraisal report.

Nelda has a strong research and writing background as a past advertising executive and journalism major. She assists in the collection of data; however, her most significant contribution is the journalistic review of the appraisal report. Although no longer licensed, as a former MAI candidate (completed the income capitalization courses of AIREA) and former commercial appraiser with 18 years of appraisal experience, her “in-house” review focuses not only on appraisal consistency but grammar and punctuation as well.
